Scandinavian podcast and radio production company. I opened and ran the Berlin office, growing it from zero to €680k+ annual revenue. Full P&L responsibility, sales, partnerships, executive production and team management across 30+ productions.

An investigative audio documentary examining Putin's years as Deputy Mayor of St Petersburg. Narrated by Fiona Shaw and Gwilym Lee, written by Maeve McQuillan.

I was executive producer and co-producer, leading casting, research, archive clearance and project management from development through to delivery.

A daily short-form knowledge and opinion podcast featuring some of Germany's leading authors, journalists and influencers. I developed the original format, sold it to Spotify Germany, and built the team that produced close to 500 episodes.

The format was later adopted by Spotify UK — a rare instance of a German original travelling internationally on the platform.

A bilingual improvised audio drama — no scripts, only character profiles and scene guides — recorded on location in Margate and Binz. Starring Sheridan Smith (UK) and Jasmin Tabatabai (DE).

I discovered the format, sold it simultaneously to both Audible offices, hired the production teams and was executive producer on both versions. Currently in development as a TV series.

A German-language narrative non-fiction podcast series — a localised version of Wondery's Against All Odds — plus original German survival stories. Over 100 episodes produced across two years.

I was executive producer, managing the team, budget, narrators and the ongoing client relationship with Wondery DE.

One of the most successful podcasts in the history category on Audible. SchauerGeschichte ran for three seasons with Audible Germany, 12 episodes each. The format's success led to an English-language adaptation — The History of Fear — produced for Audible USA and narrated by Ellen Pompeo.

I was executive producer across all three seasons and the US adaptation.

Various productions across Radio 4, Radio 3 and BBC Worldwide over several years:

• Liberation and Fall (BBC Radio 4) — audio drama about the fall of Saigon, told from the perspective of the Vietnamese Liberation Army.
• Slow Radio (BBC Radio 3) — multiple episodes working with artists including Matthew Herbert and NASA's audio sonification team.
• Documentary productions for BBC Worldwide.
• Between the Ears (BBC Radio 3, forthcoming) — an episode about St Giga, a Japanese radio station that scheduled its programming according to the moon and tides. Broadcast May 2026.

At Deezer Germany I commissioned and executive produced 11 original podcast productions for the German market, achieving 8M+ total plays and multiple No.1 iTunes chart rankings.

Notable productions include Das kleine Fernsehballett (with Sarah Kuttner and Stefan Niggemeier), Das Böse (true crime), Wissen Snacks, and Der Ausnahmezustand (dystopian audio drama).

Joined SoundCloud as employee #35 when the platform had 1 million users. Over five years helped grow it to 175 million registered users — one of the fastest-growing platforms in music at the time.

Contributed to the launch of On SoundCloud — the platform's first monetisation programme — generating $2M+ in advertising revenue. Built strategic partnerships with the BBC, Guardian, NPR, Disney, ESPN, HarperCollins and Sky Sports.
